GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET HOLDERS AND VISITORS REGULATIONS


ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
Organizer: Fiere di Parma S.p.A.
Event: Automotoretrò
Ticket: A valid document, purchased or provided by the Organizer, which grants the holder access to the event held at the designated location on the specified dates and times. The Ticket must be presented upon entry, intact, to the admission staff and must be kept for the entire duration of the stay at the location.
Ticket Purchaser: The individual who purchases the Ticket from the Organizer.
Ticket Holder: The Ticket Purchaser and/or anyone who presents or is in possession of the Ticket.
Professional Operator: An individual who professionally engages in activities related to the sectors covered by the Event.

ARTICLE 2 – TICKET PRICE – TICKET COLLECTION
2.1 The ticket price corresponds to the price indicated on the Ticket itself. All prices include VAT.
2.2 Tickets may be sold to the Ticket Purchaser through various methods, depending on the distribution channel adopted by the Organizer. Tickets can be made available: in paper format or in electronic format.

ARTICLE 3 – TICKET VALIDITY AND PROHIBITIONS


3.1 Only holders of valid Tickets, regularly purchased or provided by the Organizer through official channels (e.g., invitation coupons), are authorized to access the Event.
3.2 The Organizer is not obliged to replace Tickets that have been lost, deteriorated, damaged, destroyed, stolen, or are illegible.
3.3 Resale of the Ticket for profit is strictly prohibited, unless specific agreements have been entered into by the Organizer with third parties.
3.4 Furthermore, the Ticket cannot be transferred or delivered to third parties for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes without prior authorization from the Organizer. In the event that the Tickets are purchased by third parties, or in the event that the Ticket is stolen, counterfeit, illegible, or copied, the Ticket Holder will not be entitled to access the Event.

ARTICLE 4 – EVENT CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT – TICKET REFUND


4.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule the Event planned in its calendar. In this case, the refund of the admission ticket will only occur in the event of cancellation and/or rescheduling by the Organizer according to the methods established by law.
4.2 The Ticket Holder also acknowledges that certain events such as adverse weather conditions, public safety reasons, force majeure, or other organizational factors not attributable to the Organizer may result in changes to the dates and times of the Event. The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of such situations.
4.3 The Organizer shall not be liable for any additional costs, burdens, expenses, or damages incurred by the Ticket Holder.

ARTICLE 5 – RULES REGARDING ACCESS AND STAY AT THE LOCATION DURING THE EVENT


5.1 The Ticket Holder must comply with the rules displayed at the entrance and inside the location and on the website, and must comply with the directives that the Organizer deems necessary and which will be communicated for technical or organizational reasons.
5.2 To access and remain inside the location, the Ticket Holder must comply with the following provisions:
a. The Ticket Holder accepts and complies with these Terms and Conditions;
b. The Ticket Holder must behave in accordance with the regulations on public order and safety and not pose a threat to the safety of the Event in general or to the visiting public;
c. The Ticket Holder must not interrupt or disturb or attempt to interrupt the regular conduct of activities within the Event;
d. The Ticket Holder, for their own safety and the safety of any minor accompanied by the Ticket Holder, must pay maximum attention, use maximum prudence and diligence within the Event and comply with the notices and behavioral rules displayed inside or near the location.
5.3 Children under the age of 14 may only enter the exhibition center if accompanied by a person over the age of 18 who assumes responsibility for their supervision.
5.4 School visits are only allowed if previously accredited and only on the days indicated by the Organizer. Unapproved school groups will not be allowed to access the event.
5.5 Dogs are allowed provided they are kept on a leash and muzzled where required by law.


5.6 It is not permitted to bring the following into the location:


– Guns, firearms, and other instruments that could be offensive or harmful to the physical and/or psychological well-being of people (for example, but not limited to: guns, explosives, fireworks, smoke bombs, toy guns, replicas and imitations of firearms that could be mistaken for real weapons, electric batons, chemicals, gases and sprays capable of producing disabling or immobilizing effects, acids and animal repellents, knives, blades, cutters, scissors, etc.);


– Sound emission and amplification instruments and other objects that could pose a danger to the safety of those present within the site and cause disturbance or compromise the regular conduct of the Event;


– Narcotics, poisons,harmful substances, flammable materials, paints, or other staining materials.
5.7 As an essential condition for accessing the Event, the Ticket Holder consents to security inspections and any necessary control activities, including the use of metal detectors, before and during the visit to the location. In the context of these control and security activities, in order to prevent the unauthorized introduction of materials and substances indicated in point 5.6 of these regulations, the Ticket Holder may be asked to show the contents of bags, backpacks, or any other luggage or personal item carried.
5.8 In carrying out control tasks, the security and control personnel employed by the Organizer may, among other things, carry out the following activities:
a. preliminary checks:
– Preliminary summary observation of the places involved in the Event, to verify the presence of any illegal substances or prohibited objects, as well as any other material that could be improperly used putting at risk the safety or health of people, with the obligation to immediately report to the police and other competent public authorities or structures;
– adoption of any initiative useful to avoid creating obstacles or hindering the accessibility of escape routes and in any case to guarantee the regular conduct of entertainment activities;
b. checks upon public access:


– guarding the entrances to the Event and regulating the flow of the public;
– verification of the possession of a valid admission ticket and, in the case of a nominative ticket or a minimum age required for access, verification of the identity document, and compliance with the provisions regulating access;


– summary visual inspection of people, to verify the possible introduction of illegal substances, prohibited objects or material that could in any way be dangerous for public safety or the health of people, with the obligation to immediately report to the police and other competent public authorities or structures;


c. checks inside the areas involved in the Event: – general observation activity to verify compliance with the provisions, prescriptions or rules of conduct established by public or private entities; – participation in first aid procedures, which do not involve the exercise of public functions, nor the use of force or other means of coercion or exposure to risk profiles, aimed at preventing or interrupting potentially dangerous behaviors or situations for the safety or health of people. The obligation to immediately report to the police and other competent public authorities or structures remains in place, to whom, upon request, maximum cooperation must be provided.
5.9 Any behavior that could generate dangerous situations and/or put the personal safety of the Ticket Holder or third parties at risk and/or any behavior contrary to public order and/or decency and/or that could, in any way, disturb the regular conduct of the event and the Organizer’s activities is prohibited within the location, including, for example: smoking in areas not reserved for this purpose, gambling, unauthorized collection of money, promotional activities, individual or group, any form of advertising or marketing activity carried out by any means and not authorized by the competent offices of the Organizer, protests related to unions or political or religious entities, sale of goods by unauthorized subjects or in unauthorized places, sale of Tickets, unauthorized transmission and/or recording of data for commercial purposes, through mobile phones or other instruments (cameras, photographic cameras, recorders, etc.), access by unauthorized reporters and journalists with recording equipment and/or cameras, photographic cameras, attempts to access reserved areas, requests for money or other goods without authorization (for example for musical or entertainment activities at the entrance or inside the location, begging, ticket touting,
etc.).
5.10 Any violation of these provisions will be reported by the Organizer to the competent authorities. The Organizer also reserves the right to claim compensation for all damages suffered.

FILMS, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND RECORDINGS
6.1 The Ticket Holder gives their consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Organizer or third parties authorized by the latter, within the location. The Organizer or third parties authorized by the latter are entitled to broadcast, publish, grant the use of, and use photographs, images, films, and recordings taken within the location that include the Ticket Holder without the latter being entitled to any compensation or indemnity whatsoever. The Organizer or third parties engaged by the latter and anyone who acquires from them the right to use the aforementioned material shall not be liable to the Ticket Holder for any use of the material permitted under applicable law.
6.2 By purchasing the admission ticket, the Ticket Holder also acknowledges that all external and internal areas of the exhibition center are subject to video surveillance for security reasons and that the recorded images are processed, as provided for by the Data Protection Authority, in accordance with the general regulations on the protection of personal data and the civil and criminal code regarding unlawful interference with private life. These images, in the event of criminal events or events of particular relevance in terms of public order and safety, will be made available to the judicial authority or judicial police upon specific request.
6.3 Images, videos, and sound recordings taken at the location by the Ticket Holder using a camera, video camera, or audio device cannot be used except for domestic and private purposes. Therefore, the Ticket Holder cannot sell, grant the use of, broadcast, publish, or otherwise exploit such material for commercial purposes.

ARTICLE 7 – GENERAL PROVISIONS


7.1 These Terms and Conditions, brought to the attention of the Ticket Holder through the display of these regulations at the points of sale of admission tickets, also in electronic format or partly reported on the admission ticket itself, represent the sole contract between the Parties. By presenting the ticket upon entry to the admission staff, the Ticket Holder confirms and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 These Terms and Conditions, drawn up in Italian as the official language, are governed exclusively by Italian law. Any dispute concerning them shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Court of Parma.

ARTICLE 8 – DAMAGES AND LIABILITY


8.1 The Organizer assumes no responsibility for damages suffered by the Ticket Holder for events not attributable to the Organizer itself, nor for damages caused by the Ticket Holder to third parties and/or their property.
8.2 The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the consequences arising from the negligent or imprudent behavior of the Ticket Holder.
8.3 Any incident involving the Ticket Holder must in any case be immediately reported to the security personnel for direct verification of the state of the place and things and for the relevant documentary certifications; in any case, the failure to immediately report by the Ticket Holder relieves the Organizer of any and all liability towards the Ticket Holder.

ARTICLE 9 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA


The Organizer will process the personal data provided by the Ticket Purchaser and the Ticket Holder, including those provided upon access to the Event, in full compliance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data. The privacy notice is accessible on the Organizer’s Website.
